Who We Are

The Alliance operates in support of Every Woman Every Child , an unprecedented global movement spearheaded by the Secretary-General to mobilize and intensify global action to improve the health of women and children. We work closely with many partners, especially the UN Foundation, PMNCH, and the Global Compact to help optimize the engagement of the private sector toward the goals of Every Woman Every Child.

The Alliance is comprised of eminent leaders from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors working in conjunction with the Health and Education Cluster of the Secretary General’s MDG Advocates.
